1. Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Pinkaew Group.
• "We / Us / Our" — Pinkaew Group, operating at 71/2 Sukhumvit Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150, Thailand.
• "User" / "You" — any person who accesses our website or enrols in one of our programmes.
• "Programme" — any financial education course offered by Pinkaew Group, including Opening the Umbrella, A Wider Shelter, and The Full Canopy Programme.
• "Content" — all materials we produce, including printed guides, worksheets, recorded lessons, and summary cards.
• "Service" — delivery of our educational programmes and related support.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any programme. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

Pinkaew Group provides educational programmes on personal financial topics for adults, with a particular focus on learners in midlife. Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services.

All recommendations to consult licensed financial professionals made within our programmes are genuine and should be followed for any personal financial decisions. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from financial decisions made by participants.

Programmes are currently delivered in person at our Chonburi location, with recorded content provided for certain tiers. Programme formats and availability are subject to change; current details are communicated upon enquiry and confirmed at enrolment.

4. Enrolment and Confirmation

• Enrolment is complete when we send you a written confirmation following receipt of your fee payment.
• Spaces in each cohort are limited. Submission of an enquiry does not reserve a place.
• We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. User Responsibilities

• Attend or access sessions in good faith and with a genuine intention to learn.
• Treat other participants and facilitators with courtesy and respect throughout the programme.
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute our Content without written permission.
• Ensure that any information you provide at enrolment is accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct significantly disrupts the learning environment for others.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content produced by Pinkaew Group — including printed guides, worksheets, recorded lessons, and summary cards — remains our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Content for your own personal learning purposes only.

You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, or share Content with third parties without our prior written consent.

7. Payment and Fees

• All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials listed in the programme description.
• Payment is due in full before or at enrolment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the enquiry process.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A credit toward a future cohort may be offered.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for significant personal circumstances at our discretion.
• If we cancel a programme due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided for educational purposes only. We make no claim that participation will lead to specific financial outcomes. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and actions taken after the programme ends.

Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of delivery but may not reflect changes in Thai law, banking regulation, or financial products that occur after materials are prepared.

We are not a licensed financial advisory firm. Nothing in our programmes constitutes personalised financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pinkaew Group's total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee you paid for that programme. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from your participation or any decisions made based on programme content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinkaew Group, its staff, and facilitators from any claim or loss arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your misuse of programme Content.

12. Termination

Either party may end this Agreement by written notice. If we terminate your enrolment due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be due. If you withdraw voluntarily, our cancellation and refund policy in section 8 applies.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chonburi Province.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
