Things People Often Ask
We have put together a few of the questions that tend to come up before someone joins one of our programmes.
Do I need any financial experience to join?
Not at all. Our introductory course — Opening the Umbrella — is designed for complete beginners. We start from everyday money basics and build from there, so you do not need any prior knowledge.
Are sessions held in person or online?
Most sessions take place in a small group setting at our Chonburi location. Some programmes also include recorded materials you can revisit at home. When you enquire, we will explain the current format in full.
What is the class size?
Groups are kept small — typically between six and ten participants — so there is plenty of space to ask questions and work at a comfortable pace without feeling hurried.
Will you give me specific investment advice?
Our programmes are educational in nature. We explain concepts, frameworks, and questions worth exploring — but for personal financial decisions, we always encourage participants to consult a licensed professional who can account for their full situation.
How soon after enquiring will I hear back?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. If you would prefer to call, our team is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00.
Are the course fees refundable if I cannot continue?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our team will discuss our current policy when you register, and we do our best to find a suitable arrangement if circumstances change.
