Cookie Policy

We want you to feel comfortable on this website. This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can adjust your preferences at any time.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device — your phone, tablet, or computer — when you visit. They help the site remember certain information about your visit, such as your language preference or whether you have already seen a particular notice.

Cookies do not give websites access to your device or personal files. They simply store a small piece of information that makes your experience on the site smoother and more consistent.

Most websites use cookies, and many visitors never notice them. We use them in a limited, thoughtful way — and we believe you should know exactly what they do.

Cookie Categories

Cookies We Use

Below you will find each category of cookie we may use, along with a plain explanation of its purpose.

Essential Cookies

Always Active

These cookies are necessary for the website to work properly. Without them, certain parts of the site — such as the contact form or navigation — may not function as expected. They cannot be switched off.

Examples

Session management, security tokens, cookie consent record

Duration

Session or up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

Optional

These help us understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are visited most often and whether any pages cause difficulty. This information helps us improve the site over time. No personally identifying details are collected.

Examples

Page views, session length, visit source (e.g. Google Analytics)

Duration

Up to 24 months

Marketing Cookies

Optional

These cookies help us show relevant information to people who have visited our site on other platforms. They may be set by third-party advertising services and can track your visit across websites. We use them sparingly.

Examples

Ad personalisation, remarketing, social media integration

Duration

Up to 12 months

Preference Cookies

Optional

These remember choices you have made to improve your experience — such as your preferred language or region. They make it so you do not have to select those settings again on your next visit.

Examples

Language setting, region preference, display options

Duration

Up to 12 months

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site may be set by third-party services we use. These are placed by those services directly, and their use is governed by the respective company's own privacy and cookie policies.

Google Analytics

Helps us understand general site usage in anonymised form. We do not receive any personally identifying information through this service.

Social Platforms

If you follow a link from a social platform such as Facebook, that platform may record your visit. We do not control those cookies.

Embedded Maps

Our homepage includes a Google Maps embed. Google may place cookies when you interact with the map. These are subject to Google's own cookie policy.
